Attorney at law
An attorney at law, partner and co-founder of the law firm. He manages the intellectual property rights and new technologies in the firm. He supports foreign entrepreneurs and in particular start-ups entering Poland. In this area he cooperates with companies from Italy, Switzerland, Germany, Hong-Kong and the USA. His responsible for contacts with Italian speaking clients of the firm.

He cooperates with entrepreneurs from the new technologies sector and with creators: musicians, photographers, architects, inventors, designers and computer scientists. He participated in unprecedented projects which require stepping outside the rigid frames of legal practice, opening up to artistic or technological aspects and understanding them — what is the key to constructing effective legal frames for these types of endeavours. He supports clients in terms of the creation and negotiation of international agreements (including delivery, licensing, introduction, and franchising agreements) and investment agreements.
Public speaker and coach to startup/creative community. Author of publications within the field of his expertise. He finds it very fulfilling to share his knowledge and experience through workshops and public speaking engagements.
He is a graduate of the Law and Administration Faculty of the Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań and the Law Faculty of Genoa University in Italy. He is the author of a master’s dissertation on legal regulations regarding inventions concluded by computer means (computer-implemented inventions) for which in 2005 he was awarded by the Ministry of National Education for the best intellectual property law dissertation in a competition organised by the Patent Office of the Republic of Poland. He is member of the Council of Legal Advisers of the Wielkopolskie region in Poznań.
