Attorney at law, Ph.D., LL.M.
An attorney at law, doctor of law, partner and co-founder of the firm. In the firm he manages cases in the area of competition law and medicinal products law. He specialises moreover in the area of international commercial law, in particular in drafting and negotiating international contracts. He gained his experience in a quality law firm in Warsaw specialising in new technologies, as well as through many years of legal services provided to enterprises operating on international markets: to one of the largest Polish OTC medicinal product producers and to the largest Polish producer of chocolate, sweets and confectionery.

Doctor of Law of the Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań and docteur en droit of the Université de Rennes in France. He is a graduate of the Law Faculty of the Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań and a postgraduate of LL.M. studies in European and international business law at Ludwig-Maximilians Universität in Munich. He is the author of the doctoral dissertation “Parallel trade of medicinal products in European law. The limits of the free movement of goods in the market of medicinal products”, presented in 2012 to a mixed Polish and French dissertation committee; in 2013 it was awarded by the Prime Minister and was published as book in 2014 by the Wolters Kluwer publishing house.
Author of several publications on the law on medicinal products and competition law, including the first discussion on problems related to the umbrella branding of medicinal and medical products and food supplements published in the Polish market (“Limits of the application of umbrella branding in the market of medicinal products” - Summary of Legislation on Intellectual Property, vol. 4, C.H. Beck, Warsaw 2013).
