New Partner and New Lawyers in Kolegial Team

We are excited to announce that Kolegial Team is joined by new specialists. 

Przemysław Rybka become a Partner in Kolegial and will manage the Corporate and Compliance practice in our firm. His expertise will also strenghten the Business Insurance Law practice which he will co-manage with Aleksander Raczyński. 

Przemysław has a vast experience in business insurance law and capital markets. Prior to becoming a partner in Kolegial, Przemysław held position of the Director of Legal and Compliance Department, as well as he was a proxy for group of insurance companies owned by the biggest international corporations. Prior to that he lead the Legal Department of an investment fund and a brokerage house. Before that Przemysław run his individual legal practice. 

Thanks to that Przemysław has a vast practical experience in providing legal assistance to corporate clients, but also to smaller entities — including ones within agricultural and food industry.  

KOLEGIAL Team is also joined by Małgorzata Radkowska and Filip Szybowski. 

Małgorzata Radkowska is a PhD student at Civil, Commercial and Insurance Law Cathedral at Faculty of Law at University of Poznań. Her research focuses on legal status of minerals. In her studies she focues on civil law. She is also intrested in medical law and new technologies law. Małgorzata joines our Intellectual Property and New Tech practise. 

Filip Szybowski is a attorney-at-law trainee in District Chamber of Legal Advisers in Bydgoszcz. In Kolegial Filip will focus on civil law issues. His area of interest covers business insurance law and legal support provided to companies.
