Franchising, sub-franchising and similar agreements

We have drafted and negotiated multiple franchising and subfranchising contracts in different jurisdictions in education, workshops and consulting sectors. 

Our task often covers preparation of subfranchise contracts on the grounds of franchise relationship, what means that we are focusing on reflecting original franchise assumptions and terms in contract that is governed by different local jurisdiction that the original franchise and local franchise regulations need to be taken into account. 

We have drafted or negotiated such contracts for following jurisdictions: Poland, Hungary, Brazil, Spain, Italy, France, Japan, Taiwan, Germany, UK. While working on the task we often consult with local attorneys.
