Business Insurance Law
As part of the business insurance law, we connect practical experience with theory, supported by the experience of working at the Law and Administration Faculty of the Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań and regular participation in academic conferences devoted to insurance legislature. We represent clients in court disputes in insurance cases, including before the Supreme Court. We issue legal opinions with regard to the existence and the scope of the insurer’s liability for damages. We help create and analyse the lawfulness of the general terms and conditions of insurance. We provide advice to insurance companies regarding the regulations of supervising authorities. We train representatives of the insurance industry and of the supervisory authorities regarding insurance law.
