Copyright law

We support artists and creative entities in the effective management and protection of their copyrights. We create strategies for the management of copyright on intangible goods, we negotiate agreements which transfer rights and license agreements, and complete cooperation agreements, including the regulation of the creative process and the use of its effects (e.g. franchise agreements regarding trading services, IT systems implementation agreements, including for made-to-order solutions).

We take effective actions aimed at the protection of copyright. We represent creative entities in copyright infringement cases. We support artists and entities which use creative works in their relations with Collective Rights Management Organisations, both in Poland and abroad).
