The Intellectual Property Law Team cooperates with clients for whom intangible rights are the main part of their business activity. We cooperate with IT companies, manufacturers of consumer electronics, architects, creative agencies and individual artists.

We have many years of experience in creating contractual solutions which secure the interests of our clients in the area of purchasing intangible rights, acquiring such rights (inventions, utility models, industrial design, trademarks), and in using goods protected by such rights (license agreements, franchise agreements, distribution agreements). We have participated in designing contractual solutions of international scope (multi-national license agreements, including complex permissions to use intellectual property rights).

We participate in designing investment agreements, including investments in start-ups, where the contribution involves intangible goods. We create strategies for the protection of intellectual property rights and internal company documentation, which ensures the acquisition of such rights from employees and associates, and which secures the confidentiality of the company’s secrets.

We represent our clients in court disputes in the area of copyright infringement, trademark protective rights, rights resulting from the registration of industrial design and in the area of unfair competition.
