We provide advice with regard to particular problems related with conclusion of contracts with foreign persons and entities, such as contractual choice of law, choice of appropriate dispute resolution methods (mediation, arbitration, litigation), or verification of enforceability of foreign courts’ and tribunals’ decisions and judgements. On request of our clients we ensure verification of drafts of international contracts by cooperating foreign law firms and provide assistance with obtaining legal advice and legal support abroad.
We represent our clients during negotiations with their foreign counterparts and, to the extent permitted by law, in international disputes and court proceedings.
