We conduct “soft debt collection” and provide legal support in attempts to find settlement by conciliation before bringing a legal action to the court. If the out-of-court dispute resolution is non-effective We represent clients before common courts of both instances and before the Supreme Court. 

Our litigators acquired vast experience in litigation regarding their areas of expertise (including disputes in intellectual property law litigation, business insurance law, unfair competition, real estate, employment issues, etc.). We appear before arbitration courts both in Poland and abroad. Through a network of cooperating law firm throughout the Europe we are able to provide legal support in litigation in most European countries. 

We provide legal advice regarding the settlement of disputes, and support clients during mediation.

We provide the effective execution of binding court decisions through establishing appropriate guarantee facilities against the debtor’s assets during the proceedings.
