Unfair Competition

We represent entrepreneurs in proceedings regarding unfair competition, in particular, so-called 'shelf fees', misleading labelling of products and services, dishonest advertising, and breach of the company’s secrets.

In the extrajudicial area we secure the entrepreneurs’ interests by agreements on maintaining confidentiality of the company’s secrets. In this area we conduct training for entrepreneurs and we design internal regulations and instructions protecting companies from the breach of confidentiality of company secrets.
